maçãs&lt;br /&gt;1 bolo seco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;br /&gt;Faz-se uma papa com o leite moça, leite de gado, margarina e 2 colheres (de sopa) de maisena.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br colheres (de sopa) de Nescau e meio copo de leite de gado.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4ª Camada:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chantilly:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 claras em neve com  5 colheres de açúcar, bate-se até ficar em ponto de suspiro, então coloca-se uma lata de creme de leite sem soro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Arrumar:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em um pirex, coloca-se o creme, chocolate gado.&lt;br /&gt;2 gemas.&lt;br /&gt;1colher de maisena.&lt;br /&gt;gotinhas de baunilha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leva-se tudo ao fogo para ferver.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Opcional para se colocar no creme:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; castanha, chocolate, amendoim, etc.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;MASSA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5 ovos mais as duas claras que sobraram  dos ovos do creme.&lt;br /&gt;7 colheres de açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;5 colheres de farinha de trigo com fermento&lt;br /&gt;.5 colheres de chocolate do frade.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bate-se as claras em neve e coloca-se as gemas, o açúcar.&lt;br /&gt; Desliga-se a batedeira e mistura-se suavemente, o chocolate e a farinha de trigo até ficar uma massa bem uniforme.&lt;br /&gt;Unta-se uma assadeira com margarina e polvilhada com farinha de trigo.&lt;br /&gt;Coloca-se amassa na forma e leva-se ao forno quente por 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt; Tira-se do forno e desenforma em cima de um pano de prato polvilhado com açúcar.&lt;br /&gt; Coloca-se o creme e vai-se enrolando a massa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;COBERTURA&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloca-se em uma panela:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado.&lt;br /&gt;5 colheres de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de maisena.&lt;br /&gt;Leva-se ao fogo para ferver.&lt;br /&gt;Salpica-se  chocolate granulado por cima.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;CALDA DE CHOCOLATE&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Coloca-se em uma panela:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de creme de leite&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;1 /&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Descascar as bananas e bater no liquidificador com os ovos e o açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;Misturar a metade com a farinha de rosca, a canela, a manteiga, o bicarbonato e o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;Mexer bem e juntar às bananas restantes.&lt;br /&gt;Untar uma forma redonda e polvilhar  com farinha de trigo.&lt;br /&gt;Despejar a massa e assar em forno por 40 colher de manteiga (por último).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2º&lt;br /&gt;Biscoito Champagne (300 gr.) picado, um pouco de suspiro picado, o crocante, 2 latas de creme de leite misturada com o soro, suspiros arrumados e por último a calda de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Calda de Chocolate:&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres (sopa) de Nescal, uma colher de manteiga, uma colher rasa (sopa) de maisena, 1 type='text'>Caramelo</title><content type='html'>Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;1 ½ xícara (de chá) de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;½  xícara (chá)  de água.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Leva-se o açúcar ao fogo até dissolver.&lt;br /&gt; Quando estiver todo dissolvido, colo-ca-se a ½ xícara de água aos poucos e mexe-se, pois vai ficar empedrado, então mexe-se até dissolver e chá) de água&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bate-se as claras em neve. Mistura-se em uma panela, o mel karo, o açúcar e a água e leva-se ao fogo.Quando a calda estiver em ponto de fio, tira-se do fogo e aos poucos vai-se juntando às claras em neve, batendo na batedeira.
